Questions
Does the learner have to do anything to let me help?
Their computer runs the Aile Insight app, which we install during setup. After that, you open their machine from your browser when you're working together.
Is this monitoring?
No. It's visible, consented help: the learner knows you're there, nothing is recorded, and Aile Insight doesn't track activity.
Can I train someone on Windows?
Yes. To see a Windows screen while someone works, we set up screen sharing on that PC during setup.
How much remote time do training sessions use?
Time counts while a session is open. Team includes 12 hours a day and Studio is unlimited. The launcher shows what's left today.
