Questions
Is this a way to monitor remote employees?
No. Aile Insight is for visible, consented help and access. It doesn't track keystrokes, apps or productivity, and it doesn't record sessions.
Does each team member need their own account?
Yes. Everyone signs in with their own account. On Team and Studio, roles decide which machines each person can open.
Do teammates need to install anything?
The computers you want to reach run the small Aile Insight app, which we install with you. Anyone connecting uses a web browser.
Our team uses both Macs and Windows PCs. Is that a problem?
No. Macs open with Screen Sharing and Windows PCs with Remote Desktop or screen sharing, all from the same launcher. How remote access works
