What Aile Insight is not
It helps to be clear. Aile Insight is not:
- employee monitoring: it doesn't track activity, keystrokes or apps, or record sessions;
- automatic patching or software deployment;
- mobile device management (MDM) or fleet management.

Can I reach machines in different offices?
Yes. Each machine connects out to Aile Insight, so it doesn't matter which office or network it's on.
Do I need to change firewall rules at each office?
No. Nothing is opened on your routers or firewalls.
Can I deploy software or patches with it?
No. Aile Insight doesn't do automatic patching or software deployment. You can install things by hand during a session.
Do users know when I'm connected?
Yes. Access is visible and consented.
