Discovery call
A short conversation
We talk through what you need: which computers, who uses them, where people work from, and what's been getting in the way. If Aile Insight isn't the right fit, we'll say so. If it is, we plan the setup together.

Setup call
About 20 minutes
We install the small app on your first machine with you, turn on the right kind of access (Screen Sharing on a Mac, Remote Desktop or screen sharing on a Windows PC, a terminal on a server), and open it from your browser together before we hang up.

Starts when your first machine connects
The clock starts when your first machine connects, not when you apply. You get Team features: up to 5 people and 50 machines, labels, roles and share links. It's free, and there's no card.

Before the trial ends
When your trial ends, we'll send you a simple way to pay for the plan you choose.
If you don't choose a plan, access is paused, not deleted. Your machines and settings are kept for 30 days, so you can pick up where you left off.
After setup
What day-to-day use looks like
You sign in at app.aileinsight.com and see your machines, each marked online or offline. Open one and it appears in a browser tab. When you need another machine connected, a colleague added, or something isn't working, you contact us and a person who knows your setup helps.
The daily remote-time allowance on your plan is shown at the top of the page and resets at midnight US Eastern. Compare plans
Questions
Why is there an application?
So we can set each account up properly. We take on a limited number of businesses each month, and a short conversation first means your setup call is spent setting things up, not discovering what you need. Anyone can apply.
What do I need for the setup call?
Access to the first computer you want to reach, an administrator password for it, and about 20 minutes. For Windows Remote Desktop the PC needs Windows Pro or higher; we'll check that with you first.
When does the trial start?
When your first machine connects during setup, not when you apply. It lasts 14 days.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and carry on. When your trial ends, we'll send you a simple way to pay for the plan you choose. If you don't choose one, access is paused and nothing is deleted for 30 days.
Who do I contact after setup?
Us, directly, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm US Eastern. Studio accounts are first in line.
