Does my office computer need to stay on?
Yes. It needs to be switched on, awake and online. We set its energy settings with you so it stays reachable.
Will this work with my office Windows PC?
Windows Remote Desktop needs Windows Pro or higher. If your office PC runs Windows Home, we'll go through the options on the discovery call.
Do I need a VPN?
No. The office computer connects out to Aile Insight over an encrypted connection, so you don't need a VPN or any router changes.
Is anything recorded?
No. Sessions aren't recorded.
