AnyDesk is a remote desktop program licensed to the people who connect out, with plans that list up to 100 users and 1,000 managed devices. Aile Insight is a smaller, hosted service: we set up each machine with you and stay reachable Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm US Eastern.
Which suits you depends less on features than on how much of the setup you want to handle. If someone in-house is comfortable setting up remote access, AnyDesk's larger plans may suit you. A five-person agency that wants to be told "it's done, here's how to open it" is who we built Aile Insight for.

Before anything is installed, we talk about which machines you need and who needs them. Then, on a call of about 20 minutes, we install the app with you and open your first machine together. Your team gets a list of machines that already work.
The same people answer your questions
Support comes from the team that did your setup, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm US Eastern. Studio accounts are first in line.
A browser is all you need to connect
You sign in at app.aileinsight.com and open a machine in a tab. That works from a home laptop, a client's office or a computer you can't install software on.
A fit for small teams
A virtual-assistant agency onboarding its next hire, or a studio with edit bays in two offices: the plans are sized for that, up to 15 people and 100 machines.

Where AnyDesk may fit better
Many people on one license. AnyDesk's Standard plan lists 20 users and its Advanced plan 100. Aile Insight's largest plan is 15 people.
Lots of managed devices. Even AnyDesk's Solo plan lists 100 managed devices, and Advanced lists 1,000. Aile Insight's Solo plan covers 20 machines and Studio 100.
Helping people you've never set up. AnyDesk can run as a portable app, so someone can accept a connection without installing anything. Aile Insight reaches computers that have our app on them, installed during setup.
Android devices. AnyDesk lists Android 5 and later (with a plugin). Aile Insight reaches Macs, Windows PCs and Linux servers.
No waiting. Aile Insight starts with an application, and we reply within a few working days. If you need remote access running this afternoon, that's a real difference.

How the connection is protected
- The app on each machine connects out over WireGuard, so no port on your router is opened.
- Each person signs in with their own account, by email or passkey.
- All access is known and consented.
- Aile Insight is built on open-source software; the source of the running version is on aileinsight.com/source.
Questions
How does Aile Insight count people and machines?
Plans count the people who sign in to open machines (1 on Solo, 5 on Team, 15 on Studio) and the machines they can reach (up to 20, 50, 100).
Is there anything to install on the computer I connect from?
No. You open machines in a web browser. Only the computers you want to reach run the Aile Insight app.
Can I reach an office computer at night with nobody there?
Yes, on every plan, as long as the computer is switched on, awake and its app is running.
Does it work with Windows Home?
Windows Remote Desktop needs Windows Pro, Enterprise or Education; Windows Home can't host it. We check which editions you have before setup, so there are no surprises on the call.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and carry on. When your trial ends, we'll send you a simple way to pay for the plan you choose. If you don't, access is paused, and nothing is deleted for 30 days.
Are sessions recorded?
No. Sessions are not recorded, AI prompts are not stored, and logs are kept for 60 days.
