Privacy Policy
Effective: 21 October 2026
We collect only what we need to run Aile Insight, we never sell it, and we don't record your remote sessions. This policy explains the details. Aile Insight, based in the United States, is responsible for your personal information. Contact: support@aileinsight.com.
1. What we collect
| What | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Your application | Name, email, what you run, which machines, team size | To decide on and reply to your application |
| Your account | Name, email, sign-in method; profile details from Google or Microsoft if you use them | To sign you in and manage your plan |
| Passkeys and two-factor settings | A public key or authenticator setting (never your fingerprint or face data) | To keep your account secure |
| Your machines | Machine names, IP addresses, connection status and uptime history | To connect you and show you what's online |
| Session times | When each remote session starts and ends | To apply your plan's daily time limit |
| Web app access history (Team and Studio) | Time, IP address, browser and page requested for apps you put behind sign-in | To keep those apps secure and show you who visited |
| AI usage (Studio) | Which model, how many tokens, estimated cost | To apply your spending limits and show usage |
| Support messages | Emails and notes from calls | To help you |
| Payments (when billing starts) | Handled by our payment provider; we see your plan and payment status, never your full card number | To bill you |
2. What we don't collect
- We don't record, watch or store what happens in your remote sessions: no screen recordings, keystrokes or files.
- We don't store the content of your AI prompts or responses.
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or rent your information.
3. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. No analytics or advertising cookies. This website sets no cookies at all.
4. Where your information is stored
The service runs on servers rented from DigitalOcean in the United States. We rely on DigitalOcean's security measures and our agreement with them to protect your information.
5. Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run Aile Insight: our hosting provider, our email provider (Brevo), our payment provider once billing starts, and your chosen sign-in provider (Google or Microsoft). Brevo records when the emails we send you are delivered and, for emails with images, when they are opened. If you use the AI gateway, your requests go to the AI providers you've connected, under their own terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and machine details: while you're a member, then deleted within 30 days of closing your account.
- Session times and web app access history: 60 days.
- Declined or waitlisted applications: 12 months, so we can contact you if a place opens.
- Billing records: as long as US tax law requires.
7. How we protect it
Connections are encrypted, sign-in can use passkeys, and access to our servers is limited to us. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you promptly, as the law requires.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email support@aileinsight.com and we'll reply within 30 days. Depending on the US state you live in, you may have additional rights under that state's privacy law, and we'll honour them.
9. Children
Aile Insight is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
